Pre-Op Instructions - Before Your Operation

Cameron Prather, PA explains how to prepare for your operation. This will include instructions on what to do the day before, what to wear on your procedure day, and additional information regarding pre-operative considerations.

Post-Op for Lumbar Procedures

Cameron discusses post-operative care instructions and considerations. Please refer to this video after your surgery to know when it is safe to remove your surgical bandages, and when it is considered safe to begin resuming daily activities. 

Please note, for spinal cord stimulator adjustments, you will need to coordinate with the device representative to optimize your system. It is common for the device to be set to "off" or "very low" until your first post-op visit.
